Can I have my own logo and business information printed on the documentation including the Statement of Attainment?

The first aid manual is a volume printed book with only the Rich River First Aid logo, however the pre-work book and registration book can be co-branded.

There is a legal requirement by our governing body ASQA to only have the Rich River First Aid logo on the Statement of Attainment.

What information do we need from you to set up and what is the cost?

As a training partner we need to make sure you are a qualified and an appropriately registered trainer. The following documentation would need to be supplied by you before any statement of attainments could be issued.

These would need to be maintained and we would review your training annually to ensure that all training requirements were met.

Please provide the following:

  • Working with children check (in state where training will occur)
  • Police check (in state where training will occur)
  • Copy of current professional indemnity insurance
  • Copy of current public liability insurance
  • Signed and dated service agreement
  • Resume
  • Professional development log or skills matrix
  • Non-disclosure agreement
  • Business information & emergency contact information documentation
  • Certificate IV in training and assessment (TAE 40116)

Please note to access our student management system there will be a monthly fee of $100

Once this is set up we will give you access to the student management system which includes:

  • Trainers Course Summary – a step by step procedure to run each course
  • Training Plans
  • First Aid Manuals

After this you will receive with each order:

  • First Aid Manuals
  • Easy to Follow Registration and Information book that contains Registration information, skills sheet, incident reports and assessments. It is easy to follow and quick to fill out
  • Feedback Form
  • Pre-Work Book
  • Postage cost is $15 per order and will be billed at the end of each month
  • Log in details to our online student portal
